Serving as an innovation hub, this group, comprising various regulators, guides fintechs through legal and regulatory frameworks while proposing regulatory adjustments based on market insights. Nearly three years later, post implementing essential reforms, the group unveiled plans for a regulatory sandbox in collaboration with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), marking a progressive step towards fostering fintech innovation in a structured environment.
